The CEO’s storyWiiCare is continuously striving for excellence

“I have always wanted to have the opportunity to look after people that need help and when my mother unfortunately had a tragic accident, which left her classified as disabled it made me focus all my energy around putting my passion and dream into reality.
Before i started WiiCare I was running a finance and brokerage company called Neil Coombs and Co Limited and was a global representative for several international companies. With my previous experiences of setting up companies and entrepreneurial skills I started toattend elderly lunch clubs, care forums and also day centre to really get a solid understanding to what people that have care and support on a daily basis really thought about the standards of care that they were getting and also to understand what they would like to see when getting care. Based on my research and understanding what people really want from their care provider I went away and completed a feasibility study and put together a completely new and dynamic plan on how I could really make a difference within the healthcare sector.

In August 2011 I founded WiiCare and have now gained an excellent reputation for going beyond customer expectations and really understanding what customers want.

In February 2013 I founded WiiRecuit to help further enhance the recruitment processes and delivery of new health care professionals to make sure that the standard of care in the health care sector was at its best. Since February 2013 WiiRecruit have developed a robust process of recruiting a wide range of health care professionals not only for WiiCare, but to other health care professionals throughout the UK.

In April 2013 I founded Wii Train’s Academy of Excellence and have been rated by the Care Quality Commission, Investors in People, the Skill Academy and also the Department of Work & Pension as delivering one of the best induction and training programmes in the health care industry”

My vision for wiicare……

For WiiCare to become the #1 care provider for people in their own homes
